Board Mentorship
The CAST Board Mentorship has been offered since 2002. These unfunded mentorships are undertaken for a period of 12 months by invitation. Recipients attend Board meetings and contribute to all Board activity (but are excluded from voting rights). All recipients to date have used the governance knowledge and skills gained through this program in the service of local Artist Run Initiatives.
