Andy Wear lives and works in Hobart. His art practice coexists (sometimes uncomfortably) with doctoral research being undertaken through the School of Political Science at the University of Queensland. Both his art practice and academic research is essentially an investigation into the relationship between political/philosophical texts and visual representations.
