Michelle Cangiano is a Melbourne based artist whose practice concentrates on the wearable form and small object. In 2001 she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Gold and Silversmithing at RMIT. Since 2000 Michelle has participated in numerous group shows, including Souvenir, 2004, (e.g.etal) Zambesi, Melbourne, City of Hobart Art Prize, 2006, Tasmania and White, 2007, Pablo Fanque, Sydney.  Michelle held her first solo show New, used and fused in 2007 at Pieces of Eight, Melbourne. Michelle is undertaking a Master of Fine Arts at RMIT where she also lectures.
