Points of Entry was a landmark project in international new media arts. It was the first major new media arts collaboration between Canada, New Zealand, and Australia, and the Australian section was developed and supported by CAST. It was presented at the CAST Gallery and the Plimsoll Gallery, Tasmanian School of Art, University of Tasmania.
The project was intended to reflect the idea that regional places across the world are often centers for innovation. The works ranged from installations and electronic sculptures to sound art and DVD projections.
