Who we are
CAST is run on a daily basis by a small team of mostly part time staff. All employees of CAST are active participants in the local arts community and many have emerging or established profiles as art makers, writers, curators etc.
On an organisational level, CAST is guided by a Board that consists of professionals and other individuals from the broader community who have each been selected for the breadth of skills they contribute to the management of this organisation.
The CAST Gallery program is determined by a Programming Committee, made up of individuals from the local community who are directly engaged with and informed about contemporary art practice in all its forms.
The CAST Touring program is determined by a Touring Committee, comprised of individuals from the leading non-commercial art galleries around Tasmania.
